Subject: Marathon training plans for me...help? Any suggestions for a marathon training plan for someone who wants to use the training as a force-myself-to-run-lots-and-improve-my-running? I’ve done only one marathon, and really enjoyed the whole experience (from training to marathon-ing). I used Higdon’s novice plan. I was more than prepared to complete the marathon.
Any thoughts on the intermediate plan? Maybe I should stick with the novice plan? The BT plan? Something else? Any advice would be much appreciated. |
