Subject: hungry in the middle of the night (help)Hi,
I try to eat healthly and every 4 hours.
During the day i have a tuna sandwich, Larabar bars, porridge with milk and honey and assorted nuts or trail mix. I also drink orange juice and whey protein.
My main meal is in the evening. I eat mostly fish, mashed potato or sweet potato, veggies and a salad. On some days I have a Amy's pizza that is organic and low in fat (800 calories ).
Before i go to sleep I have a bowl of Special K Vanilla with Lactaid milk.
The problem is that I feel extremely hungry at about 3am and have to get up and eat something. I also noticed that, when I get up I feel very weak and tired and it lasts for hours.
Can anyone give me some advice on what to do? Is my diet OK?
