Are Garmin's the only heart rate monitor that supports the upload feature? I am currently using an old Polar (S120) that doesn't even have zones (only average and max) so I can't even manually type in the time in zones. I'd really like to get those graphs, tho, to get a really good view of my training. Any suggestions on HR monitors? Can't really afford a Garmin, so what other HR monitor would give me time in zones?

For right now, yes, Garmins are the only devices from which you can upload data to the training logs.

As to which one to recommend, I've only used the Timex BodyLink system and the Garmin Forerunner 305. Of the two, I much prefer the Garmin.

Have you looked at the Garmin Forerunner 50? It tracks and records HR data that can then be viewed/analyzed by zone. There are also Cadence and Speed sensors that can be added to it seperately.  Trisports currently has it for 75.95. Apply your BT Performance Member discount and that's $64.56.

So, if I bought the Garmin 50, I can use the "Import from Garmin" button in my Training log, and it will get all the time in zone data, so I can generate time in zone graphs? Just wanted to be sure, because it sounded too good to be true. I didn't know Garmin's had anything less than $200+.

Never mind. I just read the July newsletter, and linked to this page that shows supported devices...
