I know we all used different training plans and started our 'formal' IM traing at different times but...what are your IMKY training totals? Here is my 21 week IMKY Training total.

Or throw a shiny ball in his field of vision? Or jangle some keys in front of his face?
I guess I could go with the element that everything since the beginning of the year was really directed towards IMKY. At the beginning of the year, I was tapering for the Goofy Challenge, so nothing really picked up in training until after that was over.
Bike:
125h 34m 54s - 2197.69 Mi
Run:
67h 40m 56s - 372.14 Mi
Swim:
24h 19m 19s - 70810.47 Yd
In the 16 weeks since my last non-training race (St Anthony's), here are my numbers: S: 59040yd/20:28 B: 1577mi/90:28 R: 177mi/31:37
I biked 8 miles on my cruiser the other day at 9 miles/hour. Followed that up with a 3 mile run for a solid brick. And I swam one entire loop in the lazy river at Holiday World. You guys think I'm ready?
Based on the my expected finish time and the number of hours I spent training each discipline, it looks like I should have spent a little less time in the pool and more time running. Another way to look at it is, if I'd of spent more time running instead of swimming maybe my expected run time would be less. Yeah, I know this analysis is one notch above worthless but it was fun to see where I spent my training hours. It's kinda like looking back at your checkbook to see where you spent your money.
I did i little more computing and figured out that during training
I biked an IM distance: 24.15 times, Ran 12.77 Marathons, and swam the IM distance 23.25 times.
Where are those friggin bib numbers!?!? (taps fingers on desk) Oh and after someone grabs Mike's keyboard, please come out to CA and grab mine as well!!!
