Yep. No fingernails!!!  I always have to cut mine short to deal with the wet suit. 

That sucks big time.

Most scuba shops have wetsuit repair kits. You can check there.

I also know that Tribe can do some repairs or has a place that can.

Sorry to hear about that. I know how badly it sucks to hurt a new toy.

Thank for the support.  The most frustrating part is I have experience with wetsuits because I scuba dive.  I generally keep my nails cut very short because I'm a mom.  I just let my excitement get away from me.  It is a small slice, so I'm sure I can fix it without too much trouble. 

Got 2 big gashes in mine the first time I wore it. Bought some repar goo at Triple sports and she's good to go.

I have some slices in my old wetsuit. They never tore any further in many years of (ab)use. I wouldn't worry about patching the slice. It's like with a new car: once you got the first dent in it you're fine.

AHH shoot. It should be okay...the silly things we get excited about though huh?
