Subject: Essex Tri Group
Does anyone have any races left this year? I know Dave is going to Muskoka, anyone else? I am in need of some motivation to race the michigan championships in Novi in 2 weeks or the autumn colors race at Holly state park on Sept 20th. I have been on a power recovery program (lazy) for the past week on vacation. I need some help. Anyone up for a swim/ride on Saturday?

I was supposed to race this weekend in Rondeau but I just sold my bike and do not get my new one until next week.

I'm looking at doing a self supported half on September 6th.

Just signed up for Lakeside today. I can't go all offseason without riding my new bike. DW bought me an Argon 18 Mercury triathlon bike. I'll post some pic's when I get around to taking some.

Good luck on that event.
