Subject: RE: Don Fink Iron TrainingI have completed 5 triathlons since 2005 and have never followed a plan. I just do what I feel like on the day but I have a tendency to push too hard in a short period of time.
I want to follow this plan as it's designed for the working/family man and it really fits my life style (mornings and lunches ).
Also, I want to follow this plan to slow me down and reduce my chances of injury. Without a plan I may skip a bunch or workouts early on and try to make up for them towards the end.
I agree with Vineman about making your own plan and I will tailor this plan a bit to go with my strengths and weaknesses. |
