First off you should be doing some sort of resistance training, this will accelerate bodyfat loss in addition to your regular tri training. I like to keep it simple,pullups-pushups-jumpsquats-crunches, two to three times a week. Eat healthy;lean protien,complex carbs,healthy fat. Eat small portions every three hours and no carbs at all after 6pm. I just recently read The Eat Clean Diet, I recommend it highly by Tosca Reno. This book will go above and beyond what I suggested. What I suggested above has worked for me many times. |
