Subject: RE: Any one suffer from chronic, non sports related pain?I think the important thing is to listen to your body. If your in pain, you probably shouldn't go out and train. I'd go for a second opinion. Ay meds help? As for me, I have a condition called Ankylosing Spondylitis. A.S. is a form of arthritis that is long-lasting (chronic) and most often affects the spine . It can cause pain, stiffness, swelling, and limited motion in the low back, middle back, and neck, and sometimes areas such as the hips, chest wall, and heels. Meds have helped, but I was far worse off before I started any training. I have some tough days, but its been manageable. Again, just listen to your body. |
