Subject: Hello from Londonlast year I completed my first two marathons in respectable (but not fast ) times (both sub 4 hrs ). Despite being fit when younger I'd not done physical exercise for years before last year - so I was quite pleased to get from nowhere to marathon in the space of 4/5 months.
I now want to move into triathlon. I've added swimming (twice a week: one mile each session ) and weights (once a week ) to my weekly training which was only running (aprox 30 miles a week ).
Looking at bikes now - seem to be directed towad the Giant OCR 3.
Any advice for someone starting out who knows NOTHING would be appreciated (I dont even know where to find races! )
