Subject: RE: moving planned training dataFirst, I would only do a week at a time, for example, on Sunday modify your planned training only for the next week to fit your schedule so it keeps it manageable and shouldn't take more than 5 minutes per week. The best way to do this is via your 'planned calendar'. When in your planned calendar, use the 'copy/move/delete' link at the top left to move your workouts around individually. You will be using the 'move' function to move for example, the swim day on tuesday to monday. So use that link, put in the 'to' and 'from' date and select the workout (swimming in this case). Then next week, when you are logging your completed workouts, going to your 'planned blog' you will see a link 'copy to actual' and it will copy the workout to your actual training log where you can add any comments as necessary.
