So for the Feb 11 swim, you actually did 27 minutes and 1312 yards. For the plan it called for 30 minutes and 1400 yards. That gives that small swim value of 3minutes and 87 yards that was not done. In this case, negligible. What you really want to focus on for AVP stuff is the 'week' totals in determining how close you followed the plan. If you see your week or month AVP totals -20%+, you need to work more on following the plan. Likewise with overtraining. |
