It's going to involve a boat load of saddle time as I get ready for my first Century in May. I have an International distance tri April 18, the Century May 9, a sprint tri in June...another oly in August and am working on getting a relay of the VA Nibbs for the Patriot HIM in September where I intend to ride like h3ll on my Speed Demon. We are really discssing that one Sounds like a great introduction into "going long" for all of us. |

I work as a patient Coordinator for a Cancer Clinic and that keep me pretty busy. My super goal is 12.5 hours of running for the month (2.5 hours average a week) which is a lot for me. I am training towards my first Tri ever on June 20th (Cascade Edge Oly), a sprint July 18th (I think) and another in September that will either be an olympic or if I am crazy the HIM depending on how I feel...Long term I am looking at IMCDA in 2011 and then retiring (ok not really) but I have always wanted to do IMCDA since I grew up near Coeur D'Alene. Yanti, I want you job teaching/working with Dogs! Good luck all and I will help motivate you, if you help motivate me through the sore legs I will have! |

Seattle is only super cold...never. well depends on what you call super cold. below freezing barely for December and January if that. Right now it is lows in the 40's and highs in the....40's. It is beautiful here though. Some of the best views around even riding through the highly populated Lake Washington area. If you ever make it to town let me know, there are a lot of BTers here (though I have yet to meet many of them) |

This year is the year of finally getting my act together and doing the things i say Im going to do... first thing is getting a new bike, next is paying down some debt before part 3 of the plan... FINALLY taking that holiday I keep talking about... I cant wait! |

Expert 1580 Ankeny, Iowa | Subject: RE: The Power Rangers Hi Everyone!
I am Stacie and I live in Oklahoma. I haven't done a tri yet since I am missing a vital part of not knowing how to swim. I was hoping to do a 1/2 mary this spring but things just got lost in the shuffle of life. I am hoping to do one later in the year. My super goal for April is consistancy with 26 workouts of at least 30 min each. My hubby and I just ordered P90X which will be here next Tuesday and we will start. I am out of town this weekend (long weekend Thurs-Tues) driving 8 hours one way for a bridal shower for my brother's future wife. So hopefully this challenge will help me stay active there and come back and start getting active in P90X to drop the last 10-12 lbs. Stacie |

Royal(PITA) 14270 West Chester, Ohio | Subject: RE: The Power Rangers We're on page 1 and already trash talking I love this team already. My bike goal......sheesh, I still don't know....conservative guess at 3x/week or 65 miles/week. Extreme guess that may be a longshot.......90 miles a week so just keep it at 12 sessions a minimum of 12 hours. Is my guesstimation okay or do I actually need to come up with a number from something other than outta my head? |

Elite 3067 Cheesehead, WI | Subject: RE: The Power Rangers Oh my son will be SOOOOO impressed! Power Rangers! LOL My goal is 9.5 hours biking. I also have to ramp up running as I have a duathlon on May 3 - first race this year. I haven't even ridden outside yet but hope within the next week or so that the temps will melt any residual snow around here. I prefer temps at least to be mid 50's before I break out my bike. In the meantime, I teach spin 2x a week and sub or cycle when I can. We are the POWER RANGERS! We rock! And we have costumes that make us jump super high, we can kick booty left and right, and we conquer all bad guys! WooooooT!
