Okay now I've received a excel sheet of the Be Iron Fit plan from the thread above on the Iron Distance Forums.  Can this be easily converted and the key word is easily.  I have no idea how to do it and the links I've found on importing are pretty much worthless to those of us that don't know computer lingo etc.

If you open up Excel on your computer you can go to 'Save As' then select CSV or comma separated value option.

First you need to make sure all the cell headers (date, run, bike, swim, etc) match what BT uses to import.  So download the 'import template' at the BOTTOM of this article and open in Excel.  Edit YOURr headers to match BT's.  It shouldn't matter what order the columns are in.

btw, I just redid the graphics for the import/export FAQ page and made changes that reflect the new site navigation.
