Subject: RE: Garmin download problemOk, that rules out a problem with the training log upload routines. Have you ever deleted data off of the device? If you have a large number of workouts it can affect how the data is stored on the device. You should try a soft reset: press the "Mode" and "Reset" buttons at the same time, then press Power to turn it back on. If that doesn't work, try a hard reset "Mode" + "Power". That will erase ALL data on the watch, so do it as a last resort. If neither of these work, you'll have to call Garmin customer support. |
