Subject: Annoying (to me) quirk in subject lines.

I've noticed that when viewing the forum page ( which lists all the different forums ), that for some reason the 'State' forum seems to use the original title in the 'subject' of the most recent message.  If it's a reply, it doesn't include an 'RE: xxxxxxxxx', just the original subject 'xxxxxxxxxxx'.

Tiny little glitch, but it's like getting something stuck in a tooth, and bugs me for some reason.

I thought I was crazy...I kept clicking on posts thinking they were new only to discover they were replies.

Never occurred to me it was a glitch...I just thought I was missing something.
