Subject: Finally feeling good.My first HIM is in late sept this year. I was doing great consistent training for months and then the middle of May hit - I kept training but at a reduced amount and kept having reasons pop up that were truly unavoidable (brother's wedding, flu, etc. ). The past week or so I've finally gotten to do it all again, feel like I'm right where I left off - hope I was doing enough in the interim not to lose progress. Had a GREAT bike weekend, couple good swims.. and a long run planned for Thursday in the WV mountains on a business trip that I am excited for. Days like today are a great reason to train - I've been so productive with work and life all morning because of the awesome mood I am in from hitting my #'s and goals for a short bit again. |
