Subject: Is it me or do glueless patches suck?
I have tried them a few times and can never get them to work. I end up putting on a new tube and patching the puncture with the 'old style' glue and patch at home. It appears that most stores are not stocking the glue version anymore.
I even tried following the directions and still cant get them to work. Any tips?

They're not ment to suck, they're ment to stick.  Have you tried removing the paper backing first.

The only time I've had problems with glueless patches is when I try to fix a flat in the rain.  If it's dry, they stick good for me.
