Subject: Bike Fit with pics
I got my new old bike fit today.  2001 Cannondale R1000 Aero road bike with aero bars.  This was an "aero" fit from the LBS.  It cost $75 + the seat post and it took a little over an hour.  The fitter was recommended by local Tri-folk (including some on here).
1.  He put on a Forward seatpost, which I expected, and raised the seat.  My seat tube is too long to use the Profile Design carbon post so we went with Nitto66.  He moved some spacers around.
2.  Moved more spacers and flipped my stem.
3.  Extended my bar extensions, moved the elbow pads inward.

Throughout the fit, he was telling me what he was looking at and what he was thinking.  I can feel and see the difference.  Well worth the $75.

Flipping that stem made a big difference!  I need to go get a proper fit one of these days...gotta get a forward seatpost first.  I'm sure I need one of those.
