I need to get a 2 1/2 hour bike ride in this weekend too. My wife is due back tomorrow afternoon, so late afternoon or early evening probably works for me.

Jeff it's really my turn to do some driving and do the ride in your area. However, I really like my quiet route in the county for long rides as I can spend much of the ride looking down and not worrying about traffic and this is much easier on my neck. As long as you have a route with really light traffic that would work too.

Jenna, I need to do an 80-90 minute slow run (the sort of pace that the 3 of us did in Leamington) on Sunday, and pace booty would help me get through that We could meet for part of the run if you don't want to go that far. I usually start my long runs at the Greenway and Arner, but I can try somewhere new.

Jeff, 6:00 at the Marina tonight sounds good, see you there.

Jenna and Stef, unfortunately my son plays soccer Monday night so I can't meet for a run then. I do all of my running on the Greenway as the soft surface is easy on my knees and it has lots of trees. It is the old railway that runs from Walker Rd. and Highway 3 south through Harrow and then east through Kingsville. My long runs I park in the lot on Arner just 100 m north of county road 20 (by the grain elevator) and run to Harrow and back. I can do a couple of loops if you want to join me for a shorter run sometime Jenna. You are more than welcome for a Sunday evening run Stef but it is a long drive for you.
