Subject: Water and losing weightSo when I work out I have a tendency to drink a ton of water, which first off I don’t know if that’s good of bad… But the thing I am really wondering about is that I have lost quite a bit of weight in the last couple days. I weight myself every morning and on my Monday (after a weekend of drinking and not working out) I weighed 175, wasn’t very happy about that but this morning when I woke up I weighed myself and I was 168. I have NEVER lost 7 lbs in 3 days before…
So do you think this is a bad thing or do you think it I am just working off the extra weight I put on from this weekend? Do you think it could just be water weight, since I drink so many liquids during my workouts? Thoughts, please… Edited by mindymin21 2009-07-01 4:33 PM
