There are a ton of swim times not showing up! Including my own. ( This sucks because I feel like I had a really good swim and it won't show that or my place correctly or my finish time because of this.

I wonder if they're going to fix it?

Hmmmm, if more than mine didn't appear, suppose they had a malfunction?

Mine didn't show because of my stupid strap broke since it was so worn-out and broke when I got my wetsuit off - I had put the chip in my jersey pocket, which then the chip didn't register wherever the mat was.

The waves were so spread out I just assumed they were going by our wave start time.. grrr! The female group 24-29 has about 40 of the 60 girls without swim times! Plus when my wave started I'd say half didn't cross over a mat (because I was right smack dab in the middle) and all their times still show up. Oh well, I guess I know I finished my swim in 15 minutes and that's all that matters! (wink, wink)

well i had a friend (believe it or not) that was timing you on the swim and he said that if you wouldnt have stopped to take pictures you would have been sub 10 mins on the swim!

I was one of the girls in the 25-29 without a swim time. I'm more sad that I don't have a finishing time as this was my first triathlon. Working backwards and making an educated guess I think I was in at 6:21 but I want official results!

It's certainly possible but highly unlikely that 40 of us missed the mat while this didn't occur more than a handful of times in any of the other age groups/waves.

The first girl listed without a swim time may have been the winner of our age group looking at her other times. I would be throwing a fit if I were her.

On a slightly related timing note, it is common to not have a single clock out on the course? Coming from lots of running events, I was shocked to not see anything at the transition or finish areas.

I was also surprised to not see a clock ticking away above the finish line.
