Subject: unable to import csv file as training plan

I've tried importing via settings>training log settings > My Training Plans as well as Import Log Data.

When click "Add" to import the csv I've selected, I receive the error message: "The page cannot be displayed"

Got it, thanks.... but, I had to use IE. The link took me to the how to, but when I clicked on the template link, FF wanted to open a file named OIS.exe. I opened it in a new window and got some image files:

For whatever reason, your installation of FF appears to be configured to open Excel files with  MS Office Picture Manager.  In FF, take a look in Tools -> Options -> Applications and see if it's set there.

Excel files were set to always ask, changed it to use Excel, but still getting the OIS.exe dialog box. It's trying to open a file called Import that is a Firefox Document. Seems like full file name with extension is getting lost because of the space between Import and Template in the Import Template.csv file. My FF does not have a setting for CSV files, but I supposed it should use Excel for them by default. On a side note, I do not think those image files are on my local drive. I'm going to force a FF upgrade and see what that gets me
