Swim
Comments: Pretty good swim, I felt really strong for the first 250 meters, breathing dropped off after that. Overall, much better! What would you do differently?: Breath better for the last 250. Transition 1
Comments: Not too bad, a little slow putting the stuff on but I was sucking wind from the swim so it was okay. What would you do differently?: UNTIE SHOES BEFORE!! Bike
Comments: Felt pretty good, had some early cramping problems but the Gatorade on the bike helped. Felt fast in the second half. T2 time built in here so i think I averaged around 18 on the bike. What would you do differently?: nothing really, felt good about my bike segment. Transition 2
Comments: This one is easy! What would you do differently?: nada Run
Comments: I felt horrible about this but after seeing the times, I feel much better. Definitely my strongest of the three events. I made up 25 places during the run so. My stomach was cramping from the effort on the bike so that is why i didnt feel very good. What would you do differently?: Nada Post race
Warm down: Drank Gatorade and Endurox shake What limited your ability to perform faster: T1 and swim. I expended so much energy in the swim that it slowed my first half of the bike too.
