Pretty good swim, I felt really strong for the first 250 meters, breathing dropped off after that. Overall, much better!

Breath better for the last 250.

Not too bad, a little slow putting the stuff on but I was sucking wind from the swim so it was okay.

Felt pretty good, had some early cramping problems but the Gatorade on the bike helped. Felt fast in the second half. T2 time built in here so i think I averaged around 18 on the bike.

nothing really, felt good about my bike segment.

I felt horrible about this but after seeing the times, I feel much better. Definitely my strongest of the three events. I made up 25 places during the run so. My stomach was cramping from the effort on the bike so that is why i didnt feel very good.

Drank Gatorade and Endurox shake

What limited your ability to perform faster:

T1 and swim. I expended so much energy in the swim that it slowed my first half of the bike too.

Excellent race!! wish we could have had chip timers but everything else was awesome!
