Be wary if you order with Road Runner Sports!!!

Veteran  183   Auburn, Wa |  Subject: Be wary if you order with Road Runner Sports!!! Just and FYI for everyone. Order new shoes, shorts and tops with RRS on 7/24 via the web. It added on a Garmin Forerunner and another pair of shoes. I deleted them 3 times, the order was placed and my card was charged anyway. When I called RRS 5 minutes later to cancel the Forerunner and the 2nd pair of shoes I got an apology and was assured it was taken care of. Today when I looked to see where my order was i come to find out the whole order was canceled and now the older model of shoes I wanted are out of stock!! Serious ball droppage!!! Just beware!! Never had a problem with them in the past. |

I have a RRS near me and they are wonderful in the store and have treated everyone I've referred there wonderfully. |

Sounds like there was some cookie problem and they misunderstood the order cancellation. They can't really control what's in stock at any given time, though. |

Master 1690 Metro NY Area | Subject: RE: Be wary if you order with Road Runner Sports!!! Chill man, sounds like a confusion with what you wanted canceled. Not a big issue, just a little problem for you but stuff like that often happens when you change order or cancel almost anywhere. |
