Subject: heart rate zones
I added a new heart rate zone for biking. Now when I click on Cycle HR zones in the right sidebar or HR data in the workout, the pie cart says No Data. I tried this for a workout dated after my new zones, and also older workouts. No data for any. Is there a way to fix, and will this happen every time I retest my zones?

This is happening now with my run workouts, and I did not update my HR zones for my run. In fact, I retested but did not up date so I could still see time in zone data here. Just sayin...my memebership expires in 17 days. Not real happy with the bugs with the Garmin 50 and the HR time in zone data not working. That's the only reason I pay for the Bronze membership. Otherwise, I can just go to the Garmin Connect site and see my data there for free.

I have been testing a fix this week for the bike...a little more work to do on them both as it wasn't as simple as I thought.  Our apologies on both issues that we haven't gotten worked out yet and we have no problems given you X weeks for the time they have not been working.

Believe me, we are all looking forward to the kids getting back in school soon so we can get back to a full operational tempo.

We have a fix for the issue of the Garmin 50 recording everything as "other".  Basically, every workout on a given day will be listed when you click on "Upload from Garmin" and can be uploaded as a Swim, Bike or Run regardless of what it was recorded as.

What's holding it up is that it was developed after a bunch of other enhancements to the page where you record training and it's somewhat dependent on those changes. We're looking at how long it will take to get everything live vs. creating a custom short-term version of the fix that would work with the current live log.

In the meantime, I've sent you a PM with instructions on how to log in to our testing environment so you can try it out.

It's not fixed for me. None of my bike workouts dated prior to my most recent bike hr test zone (8/03) show a pie chart, even tho the bar charts do show that there is data. Also, cumulative time in zone for those dates show no data. So, it's like any time I change my zones, all prior data is lost.

Keyone, try it again...I think we finally got it.  Your data was never 'lost'...it's there but it was a display issue seemingly specific to your account.  That's what made it hard to pin this down.  Again, my apologies for the delay in getting this working correctly, I tacked on a few months to your membership.

Thanks for fixing it and for the extension. Looks great now!
