Subject: Nutrition Thread - Week of 8/17 to 8/23Oh you guys are too fast for me! I was going to start up a new thread, but this morning was busy at work. Since we already started here, I'll just see if we can get a mod rename the thread so it has a date on it. Here's my plan for Monday. My goals for the week: 300 daily calorie deficit (except Saturday ). No added sugar unless it's for training purposes, and NO artificial sweeteners at all. Monday, August 17 6:30 - 1/2 Ezekiel English Muffin and 1/2T natural peanut butter Shake: 1 scoop whey protein, 1/2 cup milk, and 1 tsp instant coffee 9:30 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese, 1 cup strawberries 12:30 SALAD: 5 oz romaine w/.5 cups each of black beans, corn, edamame. 1 tsp walnut oil, 1 tbsp rice vinegar 3:30 hard boiled egg. 1 cup broccoli dipped in 1/4 cup homemade tzatziki sauce 7:30 Chili's Guiltless Grilled Salmon w/steamed veggies Total Calories: 1323 (REST day ) Total Activity: 40 minute walk with my friend Edited by DMW 2009-08-17 12:39 PM
