Garmin 305 Upload Problem

Extreme Veteran  607   Rochester, MN |  Subject: Garmin 305 Upload ProblemI'm having the same problem I saw at the end of July when the file system was changed. I cannot get my lap data uploaded. It hangs during the upload workout step. If I end the upload the HR data is there but no lap data. I did get a new laptop and had some troubles getting Garmin Training Center to load my saved history data. I used the Garmin Updater and may have upgraded the software on my Garmin device. It shows SOftware Version 2.90 & GPS 3.0. It worked before I did the upgrade or at least messed with the device to get my new laptop to recognize it properly. Any suggestions? |

Extreme Veteran 478 Houston, Texas | Subject: RE: Garmin 305 Upload Problem Me too, and I didn't change a thing! They just did some changes as referenced in the Garmin 50 BT upload thread and those changes may have something to do with it. I don't think that it's a problem with your software. |

I am in the same place as you, I like being able to see multiple workouts for the same day with one get data iteration but the lap data retention needs to get fixed. Looks like it is not me but the last update still needs a little tweaking. |

Master 1467 Small Town | Subject: RE: Garmin 305 Upload Problem I am also unable to upload any data. The Garmin Communicator window will pop up when I open my training log. I hit Upload from Garmin and after finding my FR305 and getting the data, it hangs when uploading/saving to the server. Thanks in advance, and as always, for looking in to this so quickly! |

It's been working fine all week....tonight I go to upload it and it hangs...the overall data appears in the log...but no clicky link or anything for the HR data. This is the first time it's happened in the last week and I've downloaded many things. |
