Subject: RE: Wet shoes, wet socks and long runsI have a similar problem. As you said, on stand alone runs, it isn't a huge problem. For me, on longer runs I wear those injini socks-the ones that look like gloves for your feet. I have never blistered in them and I sweat TONS. However, they would take some effort to get into in transition. Another thought is to change socks, but that won't help as much. Or, get on the recent trend and go barefoot! |
