If it's not, are you hitting the training with the intensity expected to hit your goals or do you think the plan just isn't right? You're up to 4.5 hours on the bike with 8 weeks to go. You're feeling good and not sick, not injured. That's a large part of what the plan is supposed to do (keep you from getting so worn down you end up sick or injured). Trust the plan. |
