There are folks here that do sprints on seven days rests. There are others here who do one sprint a year. I've done a century a week after a marathon and thought that was a big deal, others do a marathon and a century+ the same day, after a 2.4-mile swim ( I think that's called an IronMaster, or something like that ). |
