And then they admit to the national media that they are stoinking a married dude. How low can their self esteam go? He'll repent and everyone will love him again by this spring! Member 1699 | Subject: RE: Tiger Woods in doghouse Meh. By today's standards of superstar athletes, this is pretty tame. No out of wedlock children. All consensual. The other women aren't married. No drugs. No arrests. No spousal abuse (physical at least). I respect Tiger for his game, his charity work and his class. Vijay Singh said some stupid stuff when he was #1 for a brief time and made me appreciate Wood's approach. Obviously, he and his wife have some things to work out, but that is their issue, not mine. |

Life in the fast lane is just that....we only hear about the ones who get caught! Going to cost him though!...at least a "Kobe" special. I agree. The wife and I had a long discussion about this. It doesn't matter who you are with or how beautiful they are, if you are THAT famous and rich, women will throw themselves at you. It is easy to say you wouldn't stray because 99.9% of us don't have amazing looking people thowing themselves at us willing to do anything AND keep it a secret (tough to do in this era of cell phones and digital cameras)... Sure I will be generous and say most people WON'T cheat (cough cough), but I would be hard pressed to believe that it wouldn't at least be considered or tempting by most. I would bet that the number of transgressions would drimatically go up if the opportunity was that abundant for everyone. I see it ALL THE TIME in vegas. A celebrity comes in, and the club will ask pretty girls (mosty staff) to join them in the VIP table just to be part of the group. |

I know the theory behind this but the flaw is that men also have a brain. Although physically everything tells them to spread their seed mentally they should realize they have a wife and two children at home. This will affect his children and his relationship with them forever. I am not surprised but disappointed and sad for his wife and kids. If he wanted to partake in all his celebrity had to offer he shouldn't have gotten married. |

A buddy of mine that was very consistent at tappin' A that looked much like that... once told me "No matter how HOT she is, someone out there is tired of her shee-oot!" Nice to look at, but maybe she was a huge B or never gave ol' Tiger any Mc-lovin'... of course he could have simply been a doooood and took what was thrown his way, without considering the consequences... either way he'll pay a price! A 7 figure price.... |

But he imposed it on himself when he got married. Look at George Clooney - nobody gives him grief when he has a new girlfriend every other Saturday because he's NOT married. If you want to screw around that's great - more power to you but don't get married and PLEASE don't have kids! And yes, anybody who has been a child of a parent who cheated on his family or any therapist can tell you how this will affect his children. His even more than your average joe since his kids will get to read about this for years in the news. Everybody in the world will know their Father is a cheating and they will grow up knowing that. Of course it will affect his children and his relationship with them. Edited by KeriKadi 2009-12-03 9:00 AM |
