Just wondering if anyone has any good suggestions for a good seat! The one I have is old and just kills me. I loose all feeling after 1/2hr on the trainer. Thanks.

My husband has this problem and is currently testing out the ISM Adamo Racing Saddle, he says it solved the numbness problem, but found it to be very uncomfortable otherwise.  He's now going to try out the Cobb saddle(has a 6 month return policy).  If you want to try out the Adamo saddle, Speed Theory has test seats they loan out for 2 weeks at a time, so you can try before you buy.

Wish I had a "try before buy" option for the Adamo I bought. Yes, it fixed the numbness problem but the trade off was more pain in other areas.

I just recently ordered a Topeak Allay saddle. I have tried just about every other type of "cutout" style saddle and they all cause various amounts of pain on either side of the "taint" area so hopefully the Topeak will work.

How does the loaners work. Do they take a deposit and do they have a good selection? I'm in the valley and never been there.

I've switched my tri bike to the Fizik Arione Tri2 and found it a lot better. I could do my 6+hr IM rides without a problem.

They just take your credit card details, no deposit required that way, if you don't return it, they will charge you replacement cost on your card.

Hi,

I am the husbad that Corstan was referring to.I am currently selling a new Fizik Arione TRi2 ( taken off new P2) if anyone is interested.I did try out the ISM race but found it very uncomfortable , it did address the numbness issue but that turned out to be a mixed blessing because now I can feel how sore the new saddle makes me Smile

I will try out the Cobb V-Flow Max and post the results , should have it in a week or so.

Did you not like the seat? How much do you want for it?

The seat causes numbness for me.It is actually quite comfortable but after an hour or so I am numb.
As far as I can tell they retail for about $170 - http://westwoodcycle.ca/product/fizik-arione-tri-2-36777-1.htm , how does $100 sound?
