Alot of my stuff is way above 100kb.  So when I try to upload, it won't happen.  I'm sorta naive at this stuff.  Is there anything that can be done.  Or do I need to take brand new photos doing something different?

What you do is open up your photo in a photo editor software. (Whatever digital camera you're using, they usually come with at least a basic photo editing software package.) There will be an option under one of the menus to resize the photo. So, instead of 800X600 try 200X100. There should be an option to keep proportions, make sure that's checked otherwise you can get some funky results. Once your photo has been resized, do a "Save As" to save as a different file name. For example, save "Pic1" as "Pic1small". Usually you want to keep an original photo, because you lose a lot of resolution and so on, when you resize to a smaller option.

Hope that helps!

That's what worked for me. I just clicked on 'image' and 'resize' and made them smaller until it worked.
