Hey Arizona peeps...need some help!

Hi all...

So, 6 days into the year, and I am TOTALLY sick of the Chicago weather and thinking about a vaca.

I usually go to Cancun with my sister (not a WHOO-WHO kind of Cancun...for those of you who don't know, my sister is a 4x IM, so it's more of a hot weather training/sunbathing/relaxing kind of Cancun).  Anyways, she is getting a new puppy in March, so Cancun is off, which leaves me to a vaca by myself, and I was thinking of coming to the Phoenix area for a week.  Have a connection with a friend for a condo at a reasonable price, so that's done.

But what I'm wondering...I want to bike while I am out there...but shipping a bike can be so costly.  Is there somewhere in the Phoenix area where one could rent a road/tri bike?

Is that a stupid question?

I guess I could just run/swim while I am out there, but I really wanted to take full advantage of your awesome terrain.
