Anyone got any recommendations for MP3 format bike training programs? Sort of like Spinervals in MP3 format only. It would be easier to do on a gym stationary bike to mix it up for hard intervals.

I've never heard of anything like that before.  You could try googling it.

I'm not sure if you mean an actual guided program, but if you want specially formatted exercise tunes with specific bpms for various parts of your workout, try fitpod.com. A lot of dance/techno stuff, but I haven't been on for awhile, so they may have more now.

I haven't actually tried them myself, but there is a spin instructor who tapes her lessons and posts the audio for download (free). I've listened to bits of it, and the audio isn't all that great, but you could give one of these a try and see what you think (the price is right, anyway!)

Or you could jot down one of Jorge's cycling workouts (see the build cycling power group in the challenge forum for the link) and do one of those workouts to your own music.

I like the Sufferfest too. I use my touch and do them on a spin bike. I just wish there were more of them.

I like the hill one the best. I think it's the one with the Smiths song... Heaven knows I'm miserable now.
