Subject: My blog is super STRETCHED
When I view my blog it appears to be super stretched left to right, requiring me to scroll both left and right to see the whole thing.

Not sure why or what happened, but it appears to be a little annoying.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Edit to add: It appears several other blogs I view have this same issue, however it is not due to the zoom on my page...

Usually that's caused by a large image in there somewhere but you don't have any.

Try doing a CTRL+F5 or a cache flush.

Does it happen with any other browsers or computers?

If not, I'd try deleting temp files.
