OK - the weather could not have been any more perfect for Sunday's race. I ran in a long sleeve t-shirt (and its only early march)...  maybe its time to bring the tri-bike out of the basement... hmmmm..

I've been thinking the same thing!  But apparently we're going to get snow later this week...

I was a great day,  couldn't have asked for better weather.  I however, like most overdressed and found myself tying my coat around waist before the first few k were in the books...

I liked the out and back course, you got to see just how fast those lead guys are.

It couldn't have been more perfect.  Great weather, I managed to dress just right after throwing my jacket to my wife on the sidelines just before the start.

My knees have had better days but I did squeak out a sub 2hr finish for my first HM and first run over 11.5KM ever.  1:59:57
