Subject: RE: need some help I'd start to include swimming immediately. Trying to pull yourself through the water is an awesome aerobic workout, and will help your overall running. Biking works the legs as well, and stronger legs will help with explosive speed, especially for passing people.
There are several good plans here, although you may want to Google nutrition plans. I would think that your nutrition for T&F would be fine for tri-ing.
