Tomorrow is the 1st - what is your weekend like for training?
I have a bike ride tomorrow - might sneak a swim in later on and some running
Sunday is a wash so a run/swim at the Y is on tap

This month I increased the number of sessions for swimming and I will be focusing a lot more on runs to get ready for the k-100 relay in June. Today, swim and a long run. Tomorrow, a bike and a short run. |
