Subject: Blog comments replaced with "Off day!"

Hi,

Can someone let me know what happened... I wrote a blog today and when I came back after my run it was gone and "Off day!" was written there.

I had just copied my planned training into my actual training log - could this be why? It's the only thing I did in between my blog being there and being gone.

Yup, it was the Copy to Actual that did it.  There's a warning in there to the effect of "this will overwrite anything currently in your Actual training."

Thanks for your help! I knew that it would erase training data but I didn't realize that the blog went with it too.
