Subject: The 10,000 clubJust for fun I thought I'd start a challenge thread. My goal is to do 10,000 push ups this year. Many of you can probably do more or do them quicker than a year, but it means I have to be consistent with my workouts. It also ensures that I'm getting myself focused on training everyday, something that will help with my running, swimming, and cycling as well. All are welcome to join, and for those that need to modify it and do what we used to call girl push ups, go for it! It's an individual call for everyone! So far I'm at 60 but will keep it posted so I have accountability! |
