Right, so it doesn't make sense. This is what my goal says:

By 12/31/2011 I will Yoga an average of 1.1 hours per week for 52 consecutive weeks.
During the past 4 calendar weeks: Yoga an average of 3.8 hours per week.

But that doesn't make sense because I have only done yoga for 3 hours and 49 minutes (3.8 hours) this year so far and none at all in December. I am guessing the averaging formula is missing a "/#weeks" function....

We'll take a look over the next day or so, it's probably something really simple.

I took a look at this and the solution is really to change the way you create these goals.  It makes more sense to set a goal for a sport to be for a minimum amount of time per week rather than an average amount of time per week.   This is because it's going to be really hard to average to a specific time. Even being 1 or 2 minutes off will cause the goal to be not met.

Well, perhaps for you it makes more sense for a goal to be a minimum amount of time per week. For me it makes more sense to have an average amount of time per week be the goal. This is because it is going to be really hard for me to gaurantee that I will spend a minimum amount of time per week doing yoga. It is likely that I will take a whole week off doing yoga or even be 1 or 2 minutes off the minimum time in one week, in which case I imagine this will cause the goal not to be met, whereas if I miss 1 or 2 minutes a week or even a whole week it is still possible to average a certain time commitment throughout the year.

They are similar, yet different types of goals. If it is too hard to fix it to make it work then I understand and it is not a big deal. I thought you would be interested in knowing that there is an error in the formulas that are used to calculate averages in goals for sports.
