Wow, what timing I think the Steelers will win because of their defense and Ben's experience.

Steelers win because of an awesome defensive effort. Ben bumbles around as usual and makes **** shine.

Id really like to see the packers win, so rodgers name can be said without Favre being mentioned in the same sentence.

I think we began these threads/polls simultaneously-- probably as close as this year's Superbowl will be!

The Packers are the fastest team in the league across the board. The dome and controlled environment will cater to this and they will be explosive.

Should be one awesome game.

Steelers have a great defense, and one heck of a running back.  I think they'll have high energy.
But, Packers seem to control the flow, have a great quarterback, and I think McCarthy will work out those little errors, AND, with the extra time before the big game, the team will be fresh, ready, and piqued.
Packers for the win (sorry, Lady Swole).

I think they are two complete teams so I could see this one going either way.

Pro for the Steelers:  Dick LeBeau has incredible talent in Harrison and Woodley.  They have speed and power and make a nasty tandem.  Troy Palamalu is obviously very athletic.

Con for the Steelers:  Zone defenses are sometimes easier to pick apart for a guy like Rogers.  Brady does it all the time with a short and quick passing attack.  Also, while talented, Palamalu needs to learn to hit and wrap instead of the hard shoulder hits.
Another con is the stability of the offensive line, especially at center.

Pro for the Packers:  Very solid secondary could make the Steelers one dimensional.  If that happens, the Packers have the defensive line and linebackers to shut down the run.  Maybe not on every play, but enough to stop long drives.

Con for the Packers:  They looked great the past three playoff games but games like that take a toll.  While they did well against the Bears in the first half, the 3rd string QB started showing that the Pack may be able to be chewed up with a short passing attack.  The Steelers are good at that, when mixing it with the run.  Ben isn't a 3rd string QB who will say that he "didn't see" a 340lb guy in the secondary.

I think after stepping into the stadium the steelers and packers will simultaneously realize how awesome the Cowboys are and both teams will defect on the spot.

Final Score:  Cowboys  31 - Cowboys 21

This superbowl should really be an "any given sunday" type of game.

Both teams are good, both have the potential to win.

Even if football was like basketball and they had to play multiple times it could still go either way.

I just hope both teams play to their potential and that we see a really good game.

Aside from my Packers winning of course!

1. I hope Worthlessberger gets drilled early and often

2. I would pay 50 bucks to see  Polamalu tackled by his girly hair.....

Just like someone else said here its too close to call.  Like most football games it will come down to a few plays.  The Jets game came down to a fumble, and last years SB was decided by the Garcon drop and NO int.

I like to say the Packers,  but the Steelers just have so much talent on both sides.

25 Super Bowl rings to 2, they have more pro bowlers but the AFC is also a stronger conference.

With the way Rodgers is throwing this game is going to come down to GB's All Pro secondary against Pittsburgh's rookie wideouts.

I hope/think the Steelers can win and then can celebrate in Jerry Jone's big new stadium.

That being said If they don't win a very deserving team will have won.  Packer's definately have the ability to win this game.  In cold Heinz field I think the Steelers would definately hae the upper hand though.

Because the Packers aren't used to playing in cold, of course.

Seeing the Packers "G" painted on the grass of the Cowboys' gaudy, over-sized stadium just sorta warms my soul on this cold, wintry day.
