| Chatham Ontario | Subject: RE: OWS tonight @ cedar beach I hope by water temps perfect it means it is warmer down there then up here. I was out in Erieau yesterday after a 5k run and got in the water wetsuit and all and I had an icecream headache in about 2 mins. I think my swim lasted about 2.5 mins and I got out. My body was warm enough in the suit but my HEAD was SCREAMING at me. I looked it up and water temp was 51 degrees yesterday. Please say it is warmer in Leamington |
