Subject: RE: FOOD IS GOOD! A cry for help.AWESOME!! OK I was thinking pretty much what everyone is saying. Some of the things I need to get rid of... Fried foods Diet soda (all soda...but I drink diet so...) High glycemic foods (white bread, etc.) I need to eat more fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. I keep eating Chick Fil A cuz it's really close to work. BAD BAD. Also, yes...one cheat day a week or this will fail miserably in the first week. But no more than one cheat day. We'll all need to log the foods we eat to be accountable to each other. I usually find that when I log my nutrition here, I am always more apt to eat better. Its just that no one really looks unless I am in a challenge, so...there's that. OK, any other ideas? And when do we start? What's the final goal? Weight loss? Body composition? Your OWN goal? AND HOW LONG DO WE DO THIS??  |
