Update to Olympic Qualifying Spots

Bracebridge now has two Olympic qualifying spots and Cobourg one. OAT awarded us two additional Olympic Triathlon Qualifying Spots which were slotted for Cobourg. We asked to allocate them as follows: Since Bracebridge has the Provincial Champisonships we asked that one be given to Bracebridge, bringing the total to two. One spot will be awarded to Cobourg. 

We hope in this way we give more opportunity for people to qualify. With the Provincial Championships in Bracebridge it made sense to have two spots and this will give those who cannot race in Bracebridge a chance to qualify in Cobourg.
