Subject: Track Interval Workouts
How do people here generally log a track interval workout---say I do 4x1-mile on the track. Do you log 4 miles and the combined time of those 4 miles and write a little note in the comments? Do you capture the rest intervals?

I don't do track workouts, but when I do this sort of thing in the pool I do exactly what you say: record total time and then use the details/comments to describe the intervals and their individual times. I don't bother to mention the rest intervals and I subtract the rest time from my total time, so that I'm only recording my moving time.
