Subject: Noting multiple run routes

When I'm logging a run, I have the option of picking my route and eventually building a route history on it. I really like that.

However, lots of our routes criss cross and intertwine with each other. And on some occasions, I slightly modify one route, add in another piece and come back. My question is on logging that.

For instance, most of my runs start with the basic "Sunrise 5" in my save runs. Sometimes we add in the "Dexter Loop" not saved (but saved as "Sunrise 5 w/ Dexter"), and sometimes we don't. Sometimes we simply add in a road called Beachwood, which double back into the "sunrise 5" route.

Another instance is when we do hill repeats. It's always the same. We do the "Argyle Hill Repeat" yet we vary the number of times we run up/down the hill.

My question is, instead of having numerous different routes when we just add a segment, is there a way to select multiple routes and have them combined or would that do away with the history aspect of the route?

Bingo. It would invalidate all of the history data. I've run into the same thing, so I just create separate routes with names like "Route 350 Loop x 2", "Route 350 Loop x 3".
