Subject: Caledon Trailway Bike Path

I'm planning a long distance bike ride and noticed on Google Maps that Inglewood, On and Tottenham, On are connected by something called "Caledon Trailway Path". Anyone familiar with this bike path? I was going to use my triathlon bike so I'd love to know if its paved & safe.

Thanks Kevin. I'm planning to do a 200km ride and last thing I want is to slide out on gravel. I guess I'll stick to roads.
